Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Google Reviews by Tichoh (the "Service"), operated by Tichoh ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Google Reviews by Tichoh allows website owners to connect a Google Business Profile and display Google reviews on their websites via an embeddable widget. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must own or have authorized access to the Google Business Profile you connect to the Service. By connecting a business, you confirm that you have the right to do so.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to display reviews from a business you do not own or manage.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service infrastructure.
- Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or the Wix App Market policies.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Wix platform according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds except where required by law.
5. Free Plan Limits
The free plan displays up to 10 reviews and refreshes review data every 24 hours. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with reasonable notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the data necessary to provide the Service and do not sell your information.
7. Google API Services
The Service uses Google API Services to access Google Business Profile data. Use of Google data through the Service is also subject to the Google Terms of Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of review data, or compatibility with all platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tichoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
